PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE:
a) For Business/Commercial Stallholders: Defined as those who are a commercial enterprise and have an ABN. These stallholders must have their own insurance policy with a minimum $20M Public Liability cover and provide a copy of their certificate of currency to the Show. They cannot access the Show’s public liability insurance in any manner.
b) For Hobbyist Stallholders: Defined as those who are not running a formal commercial enterprise nor have an ABN and they earn under $20,000 per year from their stall activity. Those Hobbyist Stallholders who meet this definition and have signed the below declaration are automatically covered under the Show’s insurance cover for Public Liability. The ASC’s Public Liability insurance does not extend to Hobbyists in any manner for any Products Liability exposure.
I declare that I am a Hobbyist Stall Holder, do not have an ABN and do not earn more than $20,000 in this enterprise on an annual basis. I am therefore protected under the Show’s Liability policy for Public Liability only. I am aware that this protection does not extend to Products Liability.

TRADE SPACE CONDITIONS - 2022 Camden Haven Show
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF SITE OR EVICTION FROM GROUNDS
1. Food or Drink Stall Holders may apply, but application may not be approved due to
2. Stall Holders must report to Trade Space Coordinator upon arrival on grounds.
3. Charges must be paid in full by

. The committee reserves the right to reallocate the space of any person/business who fails to comply.
4. All vehicles must be removed from the trade area by 9.30am Saturday.
5. Set up times are: 9.am-5pm Friday, 7.00am-9.00am Saturday. If the space is unoccupied by 10am, the committee reserves the right to re let the space.
6. The allotted area is to be used only for the purpose specified on the contract. Selling, hawking or distribution of printed or other matter is not permitted outside the area allotted.
7. No Trader shall excavate, dig or place pegs in his allotted area without obtaining permission from the Committee.
8. No Trader under any circumstances will be allotted a site in the Guild area.
9. All electrical leads must have a current safety tag.
10. Children under 16 years are not permitted to operate a stall.
11. NO dogs or cats are to be within the store holder’s site.
12. The Show Society undertakes to rent the site/building in its present condition.
13. Public address systems, projectors or sound units must not operate at a noise level which inconveniences the showground’s public address system.
14. The immediate area of stands must be maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
15. ONLY Two Trade Passes will be allocated on full payment of site balance. Additional passes may be purchased.
16. The lessee and staff are to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner whilst on the showground.
17. The Show Society will not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for any loss or damage to the stock in trade etc. or any part thereof, of any space holder and/or exhibitor from any cause whatever. INSURANCE IS THE STALL HOLDERS RESPONSIBILITY. A PUBLIC LIABILITY POLICY FOR $20 MILLION MUST BE SITED.
18. The association may amend terms & changes from those appearing here.
19. If the Stall Holder cancels after the Tuesday of show week, or does not attend, the full amount for the site will be charged.
20. 10km/h speed limits will be strictly enforced.
21. SITE SAFETY INDUCTIONS - Site holders are to provide documentary evidence that all their staff or volunteers have received a site specific safety induction prior to working on their site.
22. Camping on the Showground is permissible only with the consent of the Trade Space coordinator during the Show period (including setup and pull down). Camping will attract a charge at the current daily rate $20 per night. There is very limited space available for Stall Holders in which to camp. Stall Holders will be restricted to the area allocated. There are no reserved camping sites. All grey water must be collected and disposed of. It must not be released freely or directly onto the ground.
23. WH&S REQUIREMENTS – Stall Holders – All hazards (including trailer draw bars, etc.) must be clearly identified, marked and barricades installed. If star posts are to be used, safety caps must be in place on all posts used. Power leads and poles to hold leads off the ground (no leads to run along ground) must be supplied by exhibitor.

Toy Guns are acceptable, however, the following are NOT: Ball Bearing Guns Eight Shot Caps Pellet Guns Pop Downs (Throw Downs) Potato Guns (Bullet Type) Roll Caps Strip Caps Water Pistols over 150mm (6”)

The Camden Haven Show reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.
• The Camden Haven Show reserves the right to deny entry to the Showgrounds without providing a reason.
• Incomplete Applications will NOT be processed and all paperwork will be returned.
• Complete Application does not guarantee a Trade Space position, it will however result in review of your Application.
• Should your Application be successful a TAX Invoice will be generated and the balance owing will be due and payable by 1/10/2022.
• If you have not been contacted by the Show Office within 30 days of submitting the Application, it is your responsibility to contact our Show Office.
